Who We Are and What This Covers

Private Jet Charter Shelbyville is a private jet charter company based in Shelbyville, Indiana. This page explains how we treat information connected to this website and to phone calls with us.

This site is informational. It tells you about our aircraft options and how charter works. There are no accounts and no online booking. Every quote and every trip starts with a phone conversation.

What the Website Records

Like most websites, ours keeps ordinary server logs. These can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed and the time of your visit. We use basic analytics cookies to see which pages people read and how they find us. This helps us fix broken pages and keep the site useful. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

What You Share When You Call

The only way to reach us is by phone at (317) 620-3508. When you call for a quote, you decide what to tell us. That usually means your name, a callback number, travel dates, departure and arrival airports, the number of passengers and any pets traveling along.

We use those details to price your trip, find the right aircraft and arrange your flight. If you never call, we never have them.

How We Use and Share Details

We share trip details only with the people needed to make the flight happen, such as aircraft operators, crews and the FBO at your departure or arrival airport. Passenger names may also be required for flight paperwork.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it to send you advertising from other companies.

Keeping Information Safe

We take reasonable, everyday steps to protect what you share, and we limit who can see it. No system is perfect, so please only tell us what we need to plan your trip.

Your Choices

You can ask what trip details we have on file for you, ask us to correct them or ask us to delete them when they are no longer needed for a flight. The same number you use for quotes, (317) 620-3508, works for these requests too. Tell us what you want done and we will take care of it.

Changes to This Page

We may update this policy if the website or the way we work changes. The current version will always be posted here. If you have a question about anything on this page, give us a ring and we will walk you through it.
